I will require details about what items of your event you would like coverage of. Some of these may include:

Detail shots - venue setup, table settings, cakes, food etc

Arrival Photos - guests arriving candidly or posed in front of media/sponsor wall

Speakers, presenters, sessions

Candid photos taken throughout the event

Photos of the award or prize winners on-stage, off-stage, at media wall or candidly

Impromptu Group photos

Planned group or team photos taken at a particular time

Audience

Brisbane Event Photography starts at $400 for a minimum 2 hours of full quality coverage. Each additional hour or part thereof is $150 per hour. Pricing includes the photography coverage, editing, travel, parking and full commercial use. I will work with you to go over your requirements for the event.

Photos edited and expertly colour-corrected and retouched by hand

Delivery via Google Drive or Dropbox

Licence to reproduce in digital format (eg website or PowerPoint presentations) or hard copy (eg print publications or prints for your own use)

Travel and parking costs for Brisbane events (Travel additional outside of Brisbane)
